What health and safety measures are in place?

Nothing is more important than the health and safety of all who visit the theatre. Crown Perth is operating in accordance with the Western Australian Government’s guidelines. These protocols and requirements may change based on advice from the WA Government, so please be sure to visit this page prior to your visit for the most up-to-date information: https://www.crownperth.com.au/safety-hygiene/info

Where can I buy tickets for Moulin Rouge! The Musical?

Ticketmaster is the only authorised ticket seller for the Crown Theatre Perth season with TodayTix as the official Digital Lottery Partner. This includes purchases of special seats and packages such as Can Can! Table Seating , and Crown Show Packages. We strongly recommend that you do not purchase tickets from any other website or unauthorised resellers (such as eBay, Viagogo, Facebook Marketplace or Gumtree) as these tickets may not be genuine, and may be charged at inflated prices. Many unofficial sellers will list tickets for sale, even though they do not actually have those tickets. This is called “speculative ticketing”. They are speculating that they will be able to get tickets and then resell them to fans. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand (they do not actually have tickets to sell). To eliminate the risk of fraud, you are advised to purchase tickets from moulinrougemusical.com or ticketmaster.com.au as purchasing a ticket from an unauthorised seller can result in the ticket holder being denied entry. In WA it is an offence to resell a ticket for more than its original cost, plus 10 per cent. For more information visit WA Consumer Protection. You purchase tickets from unauthorised ticket sellers solely at your own risk. Crown Theatre Perth is under no obligation to honour tickets which are deemed invalid for any reason and you may be refused entry.

What is the ticketing price range?

Tickets range from $69 to $299, plus a Ticketmaster handling fee of $9.25 per booking applies.

Can I exchange my tickets?

Yes, in many circumstances. Please refer to our Perth Exchange Policy.

What happens if I am required to isolate or stay home?

For a Perth performance, if you or someone in your group has been directed to stay home by the Western Australian Government or the Department of Health (WA), please contact Ticketmaster online as soon as you are aware that you are not able to attend your booked performance. They will do their best to assist you in processing an exchange into a future performance.
