Cancellations

We’re very sorry to confirm the below performances have been cancelled due to the impact of COVID-19 containment measures in Melbourne.

But as Harold Zidler says, ‘the show must go on!’ and we hope you’ll be able to join us at the Regent Theatre on another date. When booking via Ticketmaster you are fully covered by our Exchange Policy which includes provisions for illness, border restrictions, lockdowns, and even change-of-mind.

Confirmed cancelled performances:

  • Performances 13 to 19 August, 2021 inclusive. Cancelled on 30 July, with a full refund issued to all customers back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Performances 20 to 29 August, 2021 inclusive. Cancelled on 12 August, with a full refund issued to all customers back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Performances dated 31 August to 12 September, 2021 inclusive. Cancelled on 19 August, with a full refund issued to all customers back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Performances dated 14 September to 3 October, 2021 inclusive. Cancelled on 2 September, with a full refund issued to all customers back to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Performances dated 5 October to 31 October, 2021 inclusive. Cancelled on 23 September with an automated exchange into a March 2022 performance*, with the option for a full refund if requested before 23 October, 2021. *Please refer to the email sent to you by Ticketmaster on or near 23 September for your new performance date, or login to your Ticketmaster account.
  • Performances dated 3 November to 11 November, 2021 inclusive. Cancelled on 19 October with an automated exchange into a March or April 2022 performance*, with the option for a full refund if requested before 19 November 2021. *Please refer to the email sent to you by Ticketmaster on or near 20 October for your new performance date, or login to your Ticketmaster account.

If you have not received your refund back to your credit card within 5 days of the date above, please lodge a query with Ticketmaster.

I Didn’t Buy My Tickets from Ticketmaster – What Do I Do?

Ticketmaster is the only authorised seller of tickets to Moulin Rouge! The Musical. If you purchased your tickets elsewhere and/or received them via “Ticket Forward”, please contact the original credit card holder to request a refund. If you believe you’ve been the victim of fraud please report it here.

My Performance is Not Cancelled, But I Want to Exchange into Another Date
